About 28:19 Ministries

28:19 Ministries is a Christian ministry committed to making disciples, equipping believers, teaching biblical truth, and advancing the Kingdom of God in accordance with Matthew 28:19–20. Our ministry activities may include biblical teaching, discipleship programs, spiritual coaching, online communities, livestreams, books, publications, downloadable resources, events, and other educational or ministry services. Programs and brands operating under or in association with 28:19 Ministries may include TwoXTwo Spiritual Coaching, Foundations, ASCEND, Keys to the Kingdom, The Preachin Teacher, and other current or future ministry initiatives.

These Terms apply to 28:19 Ministries and its applicable programs unless separate terms are provided for a particular service.

Acceptance of These Terms

By using our website or accessing our services or resources, you represent that you are legally capable of agreeing to these Terms.

Spiritual Coaching and Ministry Disclaimer

TwoXTwo Spiritual Coaching and other discipleship services offered by 28:19 Ministries are designed to provide biblical instruction, spiritual coaching, discipleship, accountability, and encouragement.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these services are not licensed mental-health counseling, psychotherapy, medical treatment, legal services, financial advisory services, or other licensed professional services.

Intellectual Property Ownership

Unless otherwise indicated, original content made available by 28:19 Ministries is owned by or licensed to 28:19 Ministries and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

This may include, without limitation: curriculum, course materials, workbooks, facilitator guides, reflection sheets, Bible-study materials, teaching outlines, written articles, books and publications, graphics and original designs, videos and recordings, audio teachings, presentations, worksheets, exercises and assessments, downloadable resources, logos and branding, website copy and original written content.

Providing access to a resource does not transfer ownership of that resource or the intellectual-property rights associated with it.

Personal-Use License

Unless a resource expressly states otherwise, 28:19 Ministries grants the individual recipient a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the resource for personal discipleship, study, and spiritual growth. Where permitted, you may download or print materials for your own personal use. You may share a link directing another person to the original resource on the 28:19 Ministries website or other platforms, where available.

You may not, without prior written permission:

• Sell or resell our resources;

• Redistribute downloadable files;

• Upload our resources to another website, platform, group, shared drive, course, or digital repository;

• Remove copyright notices or ministry branding;

Separate licensing terms may apply to materials specifically designated for church, ministry, classroom, facilitator, or group use.

Sharing Ministry Resources

We encourage you to tell others about resources that have helped you. Whenever possible, please share the original website link rather than distributing the downloaded file itself. This allows individuals to obtain the current authorized version directly from 28:19 Ministries and helps us continue providing resources to the people we serve.

Course and Program Materials

Enrollment in a 28:19 Ministries course or program gives the enrolled participant access to the materials associated with that enrollment, subject to any applicable program terms.

Enrollment does not automatically authorize participants to:

• Reproduce the curriculum;

• Facilitate the curriculum independently;

• Train others using proprietary course materials;

• Create derivative courses;

• Distribute course videos or recordings;

• Share account credentials;

• Provide non-enrolled individuals access to restricted course materials; or

• Use the curriculum to operate another ministry, coaching program, course, or business.

Written authorization or a separate facilitator/license agreement may be required for these uses.

Accounts and Online Communities

Certain services may be delivered through third-party platforms, including online learning or community platforms. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You may not knowingly provide another person with access to paid or restricted content through your account.

User Conduct

When interacting with 28:19 Ministries, its staff, volunteers, participants, online communities, or digital platforms, users are expected to conduct themselves respectfully.

Prohibited conduct may include:

• Harassment or threats;

• Abusive or discriminatory conduct;

• Sexual harassment or inappropriate communications;

• Spam;

• Unauthorized advertising;

• Solicitation of participants for money, products, services, business opportunities, or personal causes;

• Fraud or misrepresentation;

• Disruption of classes or online communities;

• Impersonating another individual or organization; or
