Ownership of 28:19 Ministries Content

Unless otherwise indicated, 28:19 Ministries owns or controls the applicable rights in original materials created and published by the ministry.

Protected materials may include, but are not limited to discipleship curricula, course content, workbooks, participant guides, facilitator guides, reflection sheets, assessments, exercises and activities, Bible-study materials, teaching outlines and lesson plans, books and eBooks, devotionals, journals, articles, website content, presentations and slide decks, videos, audio recordings, livestream recordings, podcasts, graphics and original designs, infographics, downloadable PDFs, digital resources, original teaching frameworks, course structures and original written expressions, ministry publications and logos and branding elements.

Copyright protection does not extend to ideas, facts, methods, biblical texts in the public domain, or other material that is not copyrightable under applicable law. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Personal Use

Unless a resource contains different licensing terms, resources made available for individual use may be downloaded and used for your own personal, noncommercial use:

• Bible study;

• discipleship;

• spiritual growth;

• reflection; and

• educational use.

You may print a reasonable number of copies for your own personal use.

Purchasing, receiving, or downloading a resource does not transfer ownership of the copyright.

Sharing Our Resources

We want our resources to reach people. The best way to share a 28:19 Ministries resource is to share the official link to the resource or to www.2819go.org, rather than distributing copies of the downloaded file.

Unless a particular resource states otherwise, you may:

What Requires Written Permission

Written permission from 28:19 Ministries is generally required before you:

• Reproduce materials for a class, group, church, or ministry;

• Print multiple copies for distribution;

• Use substantial portions of our materials in a sermon series, course, curriculum, workshop, conference, or training program;

• Include our content in another workbook, book, eBook, publication, or curriculum;

• Translate our materials;

• Adapt or modify our curriculum for distribution;

• Create derivative materials based substantially upon our protected content;

• Republish our articles or written teachings;

• Upload downloadable resources to another website or platform;

• Include materials in a membership site or online course;

• Use protected materials for commercial purposes;

• Sell materials containing our protected content; or

• Otherwise distribute our resources beyond the license accompanying the resource.

Permission must be obtained before the proposed use occurs.

Curriculum and Course Materials

Special restrictions apply to proprietary 28:19 Ministries curriculum and structured discipleship programs. Access to or completion of a course does not automatically grant permission to become an authorized instructor, facilitator, trainer, or representative of 28:19 Ministries.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, participants may not:

• Copy the curriculum for another class;

• Reproduce participant materials for others;

• Distribute facilitator materials;

• Record course content for redistribution;

• Create their own course using substantial protected portions of the curriculum;

• Rebrand the curriculum;

• Remove 28:19 Ministries branding;

• Present protected curriculum as their own work;

• Sell or sublicense the curriculum;

• Upload course materials to another learning platform; or

• Operate a paid or unpaid program using protected curriculum where the use exceeds applicable law or the license provided.

Future facilitator or ministry licenses may be offered separately by 28:19 Ministries.

Ministry and Church Use

We recognize that pastors, ministry leaders, Bible-study leaders, and churches may want to use our resources with the people they serve. We welcome those inquiries.

However, personal-use access does not automatically constitute a church, organizational, classroom, or ministry license. If you would like to reproduce or systematically use a 28:19 Ministries resource with a group, please request permission.

Depending on the resource and proposed use, 28:19 Ministries may:

• Grant permission at no cost;

• Provide a group-use license;

• Require each participant to obtain their own copy;

• Provide a facilitator license;

• Charge a licensing fee; or

• Decline the requested use.

This allows us to remain generous with our resources while responsibly stewarding the work entrusted to this ministry.

Facilitator Guides

Facilitator guides are intended only for individuals specifically authorized to facilitate the corresponding material. Possession of a facilitator guide does not necessarily authorize reproduction, distribution, modification, resale, or independent facilitation of the underlying curriculum. Additional facilitator terms may accompany individual programs.

Digital Downloads

Digital products and downloadable resources are licensed, not sold outright with respect to the underlying intellectual-property rights.

Unless otherwise stated, you may not:

• Forward the downloaded file to others;

• Upload it to a shared drive for general access;

• Place it in a church or organization's digital resource library;

• Upload it to social media;

• Upload it to another website;

• Sell copies;

• Give copies away;

• Convert it into another product for distribution; or

• Remove copyright or ownership information.

If someone else would benefit from a resource, please send them to the official 28:19 Ministries website.

Books and Publications

Books, eBooks, devotionals, journals, study guides, and other publications produced by or for 28:19 Ministries may contain additional copyright notices. Those publication-specific notices govern where they provide more specific terms. No purchase of a publication grants the purchaser the right to reproduce or distribute the publication except as permitted by law or an applicable license.

Graphics, Logos and Branding

The names, logos, graphics, visual identity, and branding associated with 28:19 Ministries and its programs may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other applicable laws.

You may not use ministry branding in a manner that falsely suggests:

• Sponsorship;

• Partnership;

• Endorsement;

• Affiliation;

• Certification; or

• Authorization by 28:19 Ministries.

Logos should not be altered, incorporated into another organization's branding, or used commercially without authorization.

Scripture Quotations and Third-Party Materials

Not every element appearing in a 28:19 Ministries publication is necessarily owned by 28:19 Ministries. Scripture translations, photographs, fonts, illustrations, quotations, articles, and other third-party materials may be subject to separate copyrights, licenses, attribution requirements, or permissions. Permission from 28:19 Ministries does not grant permission to use intellectual property belonging to another copyright holder. Users are responsible for obtaining any additional permissions required for their proposed use.

Artificial Intelligence and Automated Systems

Unless authorized in writing or otherwise permitted by applicable law, proprietary 28:19 Ministries materials may not be systematically copied, scraped, harvested, compiled, or distributed for the purpose of:

• Building commercial datasets;

• Training or developing third-party artificial-intelligence models;

• Creating competing curricula or publications;

• Producing substantially similar commercial resources; or

• Operating automated content-reproduction systems.

This provision is not intended to prohibit lawful uses that cannot be restricted by agreement or copyright law.

• Where and for how long the material will be available

Submission of a request does not constitute approval.

Permission is granted only when you receive authorization from 28:19 Ministries.

Unauthorized Use

28:19 Ministries reserves all rights and may take appropriate action when its intellectual property is used without authorization.

Depending upon the circumstances, this may include requesting:

• Removal of unauthorized content;

• Cessation of distribution;

• Destruction or deletion of unauthorized copies;

• Appropriate attribution;

• Payment of applicable licensing fees; or

• Other remedies available under applicable law.

We prefer to resolve concerns appropriately and directly whenever possible, but we reserve the right to protect the ministry's intellectual property.

Reporting Unauthorized Use

If you discover a 28:19 Ministries workbook, course, publication, video, graphic, or other protected resource being copied, sold, uploaded, or distributed without authorization, please contact us.

No Transfer of Ownership

No purchase, donation, membership, course enrollment, download, ministry participation, or other transaction transfers ownership of 28:19 Ministries intellectual property unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.

28:19 Ministries may revise this Copyright & Permissions Policy as our resources, publishing activities, licensing programs, and ministry operations develop.
